• Greetings from the RO1 production team. As you are all well aware, we have been experiencing multiple technical difficulties. We are expecting to be done at 6pm and will be attempting to patch in the content that we were unable to deliver previously. Please bear with us while we go through this process. In addition, we will be boosting our EXP rates to 200%, and our drops will receive a minor boost as well until December 1st. An additional compensation package is still being planned and will be announced soon by our community team. We thank you for your patience with the last few weeks of difficulties with the game, and thank you for your continued support.

Hopefully when I go to purchase more that the site will still be working at that time lol but for now I have enough for a few months of VIP and some of them mighty nice boxes y'all got on sale. Awesome update and fix! I am so freaking happy I can spend money once again lol

I guess I should have just asked this in the other post...  Is there a possibility that we can purchase the 30 day or more in shop for example like the old time "PowerUp"? Where you could go pay for 30 days or more instead of having to go at 10 day increments?

Eerie egg not convertin to costume 17 box like WTH is happenin. Staffs need to wake up and realize this is a cash shop $$$ item feel me. Another 2 weeks of waitin to fix then no idea if its even gonna gets fixed on maintenance day. This game is effin Ragnarok bruh… literally just Chaos.

You need to enchant awakened weapons with great bravery/wisdom, not ancient.

Got confirmation that the invitation has very low drop chance; so it is indeed droppin but very . ..  slow ;--; lol

I just purchased the new costume box for me to exchange to stones and the NPC doesn't read it at all. I hope there's emergency maintenance tomorrow. I'm very disappointed of this false advertising now.

Is support permanently down now? Been waiting 2 weeks now for my cash shop issue to be resolved. If I can't spent the coins I paid for can I get my money back? Or do I need to file a claim with my bank?

kachua list is on website but with this modification:

replace great hero boots with ancient hero boots
add great hero boots modification box with the same rate

CM's and production team, i just want to say thank you.  I know things don't always go as planned and sometimes we get angry, but keep your chins up.

 

That being said, can we get a combo of some easy monsters for gramps low turn ins next time? Like zipper bears or dragon trails or something? dealing with ranged attack mobs and sonic blow spam can get frustrating for us players with cheap gear. the yao juns are nice, but I'm not looking forward to peach trees.
