High Section:
maybe bio4 soldiers? this will help newbie players. like flamel, randel, celia, trentini, gertie wii, alpocio...
or maybe the first job bio2 soldiers? egnigem, mage thief archer etc etc

Is there any change to Reading Spellbook and Mind Slot after rebalance? Before, I could memorize 4 Lord of Vermillion and 1 Comet, but now I can't memorize even Lord of Vermillion. Some say you need Freezing Spell, but I never needed that skill to memorize spellbooks before.

The spellbooks work fine for me. Just release doesn't work and I can't release any spells after reading. Not sure if this is related to not having a single level of Freezing Spell or just a bug.

You need to have at least LV1 Freezing Spell (besides Reading Spell Book),  and use LV1 Release.

As other players said, can you delete the 1s cooldown of release, please? Warlocks are kinda weak compared to other classes. kRO doesn't have any cooldown in regard to that skill, so iRO shouldn't have it.

I also have many geneticists in need of the Event homunculus loyalty or Homunculus tablet. The best would be to fix it in this patch notes 2/9 but as I think this is kind of difficult, Bringing the Homunculus loyalty Event is fair and accurate. Bring justice to our lovely HOMUNCULUS
