Now the refine success rate from +10 to +11 is no longer 100%, 

which means a refine attemp of +10 gears will make it to +9 upon failure. 

 

However, this is not a good strategy, no matter for WP or players.

 

Players will need around 3b to make a +10 item to +14, which means the cost of refine becomes 4 times higher. 

And it relies on a huge consumption of Blacksmith Blessing,  instead of the Cash Shop HD Ores.

 

As a consequence, less players will have the willing to make +14.  Almost No players will try to reach +15 or higher. 

This drives the price of BSB to go up, however, BSB is the byproducts of OCP, which can hardly increase the sales of OCP box. 

But only increase the profits of the rule-breaking dupers in the game!!!

 

At the same time,  WP will lost the profits of HD Ores box sales, which is a very important composition of WP game revenue. 

 

So the result of changing the +10 to +11 rate is 

1. Players less willing to overgraded refine and less high refine rate gears

2. WP lost a huge flow of revenue

3. Rule-breaking dupers take all the revenue with duped BSB.

The duper has never been punished, which means new bsb-based refining system is a prefect mode for duper to leech all server. I am not sure who receive salary from the duper but, it's time to stop spending anything on it.

Stop saying anything about the duper, even though you don't mention his or her name, someone gets triggered saying you're accusing a certain player and your post will get locked or deleted.

Can we remove Timmy Boxter now that +10 ->+11 is not 100%? The level cap probably dissuaded a lot of new players from joining the game. Now you are making the game harder for new players and veterans alike by taking away the old refinement system. I guess the team is waiting for +19 certificate to reach the game but who is even going to buy kp for ores at that point when bsb and refinement is going to be like opening loot boxes.

Easier Refine = More Players Refine = More Sales of Ores Box.

 

Really don't get why WP give up their sales revenue of Ores Box.  Decrease their own income as well as impeding players.

They must have copied kRO database to fit in Level 5 weapons and new ores. They just forgot to keep this exclusive system for this server

I am agreed with you. I just started to refine because I guess the way before maintenance its a good way, not perfect. Now, I'll not try to refine so soon. This game is rng on rng. Bring back The +10 safety line and 100% rate of +10 to +11.

Good thing I’ve bought tons of BSBs when they were 4.5m and safe to higher-than-10 certs when they’re cheap on board.

Now, seems like now to get high refined items is sort of whaling. It’s a good opportunity now for WP to start selling +15 certs in cash shop and maybe MvP cards.

Agree with OP that WP should really catch and punish dupers or there will be less spenders? I myself already stopped anyways lol

I don't know why you think this way. If GMs want to help dupers, they'll just create the items and put it in the players accounts. Honestly, how old are you?

It cost 7 BSB for a safe chance to go from +10 to +11. Chances of failure increases past +10 of course.

iirc everytime they have done any edit to refine system they have re-broken the 100% chance to +11, cause why learn from mistakes

but given that there is no one that communicates to the community, i highly doubt they will even consider..

3 weeks and still no official communication from the CM which was hired to communicate. If you want them to listen, stop spending now. Your old gears are still very very good. Use that instead of upgrading for now at least until we get an official communication.
