IMO they should just totally close the server for 1 week or so with official precaution, doing a complete overhaul, just like when they restarted for welcoming Ro:Trans.

@CM, Warpportal. Please re-consider this. You guys need some more time to fix things properly rather than having maintenance everyday!

Please find a way to slip in our rewards from your KP spending event and your "compensation". We are wasting money buying VIP when it gets eaten up by unnecessary emergency maintenances. Here's a suggestion, maybe announce that you are opening servers for an hour to test if your "fix" works and see what responses you get. If it doesn't work, then try again close for longer and take your time to fix it, I'm pretty sure the majority would much rather wait for a long maintenance that delivers results not multiple little ones that account to nothing and just waste everyone's time and VIP. We understand how hard you are working, and we are trying to be as understanding as we can, but you have to understand how frustrating this is for us.

As long as no more item is lost (during this more than likely live testing), it's better this way than closing for a week or so and still not resolve any issue afterwards.

 

Since this issue is more than likely not yet over, as temporary measure, they should put an emergency escape option to all players everytime they login (which they can ignore if they are not stucked). And an automated refresh to map servers every 8 hours (with attention message 10 mins before restart).

If I where you, I avoid using VIP for the meantime. Let the server stabilize first.

VIP time wasted is becoming enormous.  Not only does it waste the time you actually would be on.  But it demoralizes anyone who wants to play and end up waiting even longer once it's already back up because they don't want to come back to check.
