my client has been crashing a lot like every 10 mins. it will stop then shut the client down. i feel like theres something thats triggering it but dunno what. if any1 has a solution pls let me know.

Tried to buy wpe and the system charged me but i didnt get any wpe. My ticket has been sitting in limbo since before the weekend started. Just want to make people aware that if they do something wrong they take their time fixing the issue. Basically stole from me at this point.

This happened to me last week. Submit a ticket. it took them two days to resolve. payment support is different from technical team so a faster response lol

You obviously work for the company or have a friend who works there and are trying to convince people of something that just isn't true because the management team is pretty much an automated response with no soul.

I definitely dont work for the company wtf lol. I am saying as it is. When they released OCP 50 and messed up the Arbitrator armor, I constantly reminded them to rework the armor (opening a can of worms to reworking other OCPs), or bring the J-type armor. I reminded them for one good month and explained why this was an emergency fix. They read and fixed the issue by bringing in the Arbitrator shawl.

Im sure they read and listen. They have been restoring lost Rodex items roo haven they? But people cant stop using the broken feature atm. Ive stopped using offline vending since I was aware of the bug ._.`

I don’t mind putting all new field bosses in. But a quick reminder, when WP opened Xmas clab last time , they also lost almost half of the server population

BTW, Greed Skill bestowed from equipments(is bugged) does not work properly, skill wont activate if you're overweight, unlike the innate skill from merchant class(unaffected)

Its likely because before the update on greed, you can do selective looting for greed, as in fill your inventory up to the max no. Or 100, then have at least one of the specific loots you want to pick up, the method then ignores the rest of the drops.
i.e. you want to just pick up witch starsand and red prickly fruits, have them both in your bag, then fill up your inventory with filler items that don't drop from the area you wanna farm, greed then only picks up those in your inventory.

It happened to me too, I sent  Ticket 6x and they responded and said it has already been sent to the Specialist to restore my items
