Was hoping the exp would stay a bit longer so if at all possible please reconsider ending that. Also very happy to see content that was skipped over being brought in. Illusion Terry Bear always sounded like pretty fun map.

Also the booster event isn't mentioned, will new booster characters still be able to be made and boxes opened as we level up?

Please restore the +10 to +11 refine success rate to 100%.   Then it makes sense to buy the Kachua Ores and make refinement. 

( If the +10 to +11 refine rate is not 100% then nobody will buy the HD Bradium/Carnium. )

To make +10 to +11 100% will not only power up players but also increase your profits in Kachua Ores Box Sales.  Why not~

Friendly reminder to all to not swipe if they are continuing to treat us like crap. Your old gears including obtainable items in game are more than enough for you to one shot most monsters in this game. Vote with your wallet.

 

Until we get an official response for some of these urgent inquiries, I myself will not swipe.

We need an official respond regarding upgrades past +10. Is SAFE or NOT SAFE to upgrade from +10 to +11? Paying customers deserves a simple answer as to if the upgrade system is here to stay or if it is not.

 

What about Safe to 10+ certificates? Are these obsolete now? If so why are you still adding them to cash shop aka OCP boxes?

 

Currently no one is able to reset their stats because Sam from Payon (the reset guy) only recognizes up to Lv 200. Please give players the ability to reset their stats and talent points considering the recent release of new gears along with 4th jobs.

 

Many bonuses from the gears below no longer works on 4th classes. Will these be fixed?

Kindly FIX the reset stats NPC because its not working on any 4th job characters or atleast " Reset Mesmerize " on Eden so we can all have a free Reset Stats & Skills if you can't FIX the NPC Stats Reset on Payon .. And also release the Expanded Class 3rd job updates its so unfair to fight 4th jobs classes using Expanded Classes in WOE given their higher level and stats ..

Also, PLEASE check support queries and please put PRIORITY on characters that were stucked at leveling maps and got disconnected when relogin, this issue is requested by many to reallocate the character on safe map like in towns.

Can we know which maps are affected by our cute pet(s)?

I thought it was just prontera, but people are reporting Nifhelm and I'm also getting stuck in instances (Endless Tower).

Please extend XP event, it was already hard enough not having time to level due to the bugs that affected the new maps plus the fact that leveling from 230+ is already incredibly tough even with BMX. Not enough time with exp event, please once again, extend it as some sort of compensation. Thanks...

Fix Freya already, only had 3 days to play bonus xp minus constant disconnects and still can't level on main chars due to disconnected chars/ level reversion.  stop doing a bad job.

Though, the 24k wings could've been better. Something exclusively unique and has not been sold in the game like in the Sept promotion. Make them account bound maybe if you are afraid of people selling for zeny.

Ok, so you're going to end exp and drop rate boost... Even if we are experiencing a lot of bugs? DC issues, rodex is still laggy, we haven't get back ALL the items we were selling... and now, if you have a pet, you're getting stuck on Nifflheim Dungeon and Amicitia.
So, can you PLEASE extend exp and drop boost event? Do you remember that we lost 1-2 weeks of leveling, due to bugs? We lost VIP hours and we couldn't level at that time. We need MORE time to level our characters.

CM Poring, if you're reading this, please talk with WP staff and ask if they can extend exp boost.
