Please consider reading this technical post by Kokotewa if it would help in any way to fix the current ongoing issues. They provide some information which may assist.

ocp 52 is for the next maintenance (aka 2 weeks more?), the items aren't "ready" in the grf, the same happened with today costume box, Haunted Halloween Costume Egg items was partially added at 09/21 maintenance

 

(aka wp is leaking future OCP/Costume Boxes 2 week early...)

Thank you WP for releasing Illusion of Teddy Bear. A bit late, but some good F2P content nonetheless.

 

However, there are other things we need to address like:

1. Stat and skill resets for characters above level 200.

2. Restore +10-11 refine system. (Because this new system is just painful)

3. Need answers as to what will happen to the Refine Certificates as you changed the NPC to only accept Safe to X certs instead.

4. Release Illusion of Luanda

5. Release Illusion of Labyrinth
6. Release Illusion of Twins

7. Release EDDA Bioresearch Laboratory

Seriously. Warp Portal. Look at these posts, with the gathered information. And do something with it. This is absurd that you guys have the testicular fortitude to do a new spend month reward system, a soon to be new OCP box, new costumes+the kachua ore boxes? No. No you guys can't be serious. This is most blatant form of "spitting in your face" I've ever seen seen in a game. I hope everyone is coming to understand the giant middle finger that's being shown to us all as consumers.

Another maint with perma stuck characters. Impressive. Seriously people, hide your credit cards/paypal. Some uber sussy stuff is afoot. If you want to play go for it. But my wallet is also now perma-shut. I could've taken all the server failures had they just kept up communications. But they haven't, which leads me to believe the worst. 

 

And just saw they removed another exp bonus lol. Perma stuck characters, unstable server----perfect time for bonus exp. kAhmPenNSatIonZ

Also, we need BMx10 or something ... 1,000% EXP. Put it in Kachues. At least take momey from people who dont bot level whom you dont ban

There is no more word for that proper compensation thing so I'm wondering if that daily login is what they mean. I guess no one is mentioning that in this thread so it means it isn't good enough. I suggest the following compensation:

 

1. Stat/Skill Reset NPC for 1 month:

 - Free 3x Stat (if 4th job is already working) or Skill reset attempts.

 - 1m zeny fee if already consumed the 3x free attempts.

 

2. Bring back +10 to +11 100% refine success rate for 2 weeks.

 

3. Modified rates for 1 month:

- 400% EXP

- 200% Drop

- 66% Death

Hello and good morning!! All the costumes being updated to be enchantable is nice. For some reason the costume exorcist glasses cannot be and I believe the music festival egg might have been skipped . I'll recheck later

 

Yes still unenchantable. Part of the Glacier-frozen Egg Set. Most of the items from that set are enchantable so im not exactly sure what happened. Please. Maybe ill just submit a ticket lol. Music Festival egg hopefully soon also
