Now that you mention it, few days ago they were doing some stupid hide and seek with players (instead bots lmao) with premium giveaways, completely avoiding forums because they know they will get hard roasted here.

The gm's doing the event ignore you if you ask them questions in game too. they just respond with "thanks" and

it finally happened to me. After the maint, I can't log in to any account, it just immediately disconnects me after selecting a server. Can't even get to the character select screen.

 

Update:

I submitted a ticket and they were able to address and fix it quickly.

I came back to the game with my friends to play the 4th job update. I invested a lot of time and money into this character (my friends did too) to support and help them, only for it now to be completely locked out. Now I can't help anyone, with no idea when the character will be restored, if ever.

 

Every day I can't play is a day wasted away. Very depressing.

This is what the entire Gravity and Warpportal staff does not realise when they are not fixing issues players having in the game. The efficiency of tickets being resolved for the tasks and bugs they think is not urgent is very very low and can reach several weeks or months. They always ask you to be patient and wait for a "specialist" to fix your problem but in reality they are just making a player not able to play the game which does not help improve player count and potential profit that player might give to the company (I need to say this because this game is primarily a business and will always prioritise this first to be able to maintain the servers and other company expenses). I'm sure a lot of players here and on other platforms have sent their sentiments regarding this but I've seen very little communication from the team.

 

I've also had two booster characters not able to enjoy the event due to the fact that they haven't sent the Booster Box for these characters and I'm fighting it for weeks now. It's frustrating to be honest so I decided to not spend on this game anymore.

Good day,, correct me if im wrong but FIRE RAIN skill, of Rebel Class,  doesnt seems to function/work at all right now?  Or  does it ahve another skill pre-requiesite or what?

It's broken right now since they added 4th job. One of my friends found this out too when they came to the game and made a Rebel as their first character.

 

Since the booster weapon and other items are all focused around that skill, it being broken kinda ruined the game for him.

Please bring back 10-11 100% refinement rate.

 

An average players would aim for +12 or +15 items, this drive the demand of HD Bradium Carnium.

 

Without the safe spot at 10 I doubt that the demand for those ores will remains the same.

 

In contrast, in my opinion, ppl will go madly refine the gears if you combining 10-11 100% with the new mechanic that allows the use of BSB up to 14.

This issue has been escalated to the team. Once it has been fixed, there will be a post about the bug fix soon.

I do believe that your issue are still being fixed. This was due to the Freya Server issue with the 4th Job updates. Some if it has been completed, some of it are still on the fix. Please wait and check your tickets as our team will let you know on there.

No, the refinement feature from +10 to +11 for having a 100% rate is being fixed as it should've a chance of breaking instead of 100% rate. So it's intended.
I do find it hard to believe as well but again, you will adapted to it since it's not a "feature".

i have all the skills spent and this is the 5th biolo char im trying to make. so i kinda know how the whole job changing works. so i dunno whats wrong this time. im not sure if the baby genetic got something to do with it.
