Pre +11 100% rate, it is normal thing for RO. No complains whatsoever. Get used to it guys. It's just a bandaid fix that was running for years. But now it ended. Maybe they bring it back or never again. I prefer bugs being fixed than this. And most especially, the new features that kRO, twRO, and jRO loved.

i have all the skills spent and this is the 5th biolo char im trying to make. so i kinda know how the whole job changing works. so i dunno whats wrong this time. im not sure if the baby genetic got something to do with it.

dont you have to do some weird transcendent stuff before getting to 4th on that case? i think there is something about it on the tip system believe it or not

This issue has been escalated to the team. Once it has been fixed, there will be a post about the bug fix soon.


I do believe that your issue are still being fixed. This was due to the Freya Server issue with the 4th Job updates. Some if it has been completed, some of it are still on the fix. Please wait and check your tickets as our team will let you know on there.


No, the refinement feature from +10 to +11 for having a 100% rate is being fixed as it should've a chance of breaking instead of 100% rate. So it's intended.
I do find it hard to believe as well but again, you will adapted to it since it's not a "feature".

Since the refinement rate working as intended now and its good. Maybe you should increase BSB amount in OCP/Kachues. Also less people now will buy HD ore kachues. I suggest you to add MvP cards in Kachues to give players reasons to buy more Kachue keys.

We also need safe to +18 and higher certs too. Maybe give event where new MvPs such as Bone Detardeurus, Jungolian, etc respawn in special VIP instance.

As far as the ticket is concerned, the last response is still "we have escalated it to the specialist team." They asked me if it was fixed after last maintenance, and it wasn't, so they "escalated it again." One of my friends is still waiting as well.

 

Have not been able to play my character for about 2 weeks.

 

Hoping it will be fixed with this week's maintenance.

 

I hope the team is already aware, but another hot issue still ongoing is the Stat/Skill reset NPC not working for 4th job players.

You guys update it back to what it supposes to be for the refining system. Then, plz apply the correct amount of bsb for upgrade. The amount in iRO for each level is way too freaking more than other Server. What the hell is that?

Instead of listening to the guy who smooch a lot, maybe you should discuss with your team what bringing safe to +18 and adding MVP cards to cash box will do to your server. You should look into the history of bRO, pRO, vRO, etc.

Kinda asked a different question though. Didn't ask if 10-11 was supposed to be 100%.

I was asking if failing 10 to 11 was supposed to degrade to 9.

Thanks for taking notes to improve iRO. After all, other official servers like kRO, jRO, twRO have MvP cards in cash shop with low rates and they are doing fine. IRO is the only backward server full of dinosaurs and its totally F2P. Time to modernize it. IRO shouldnt be different from other offical servers.

Let grateful players who want to support your server support your server. After all, iRO is a game company, not a clarity ^^

I'm starting to wonder if some of them quit.

 

I had a request to restore my item nearly a month ago. After immediately providing them with the requested info, I waited a week or so for them to respond. Then they asked me to confirm what I wanted, which was to restore my item and also use up a refine ticket to get it refined to +12. A week later, they confirmed they could restore my item immediately, OR, that I could expect delays so a "Specialist" can help refine it to +12. Then they asked AGAIN to confirm what I wanted.

 

That was weeks ago. They've ignored my follow up emails for the last couple weeks, so for some reason they were just buying time. Refining an item shouldn't take longer than a day, especially when they claimed they'd restore my item "immediately". What a joke.

Are you sure it’s not a feature bruv? It has been since Mighty Hammer npc was introduced. That’s why ppls started buying hd ores so gears will stay at +10. Until y’all updated the refine UI then staffs unable to fix it with hd ores and now you decided to downgrade it. Kek no use complainin so RIP.

dont put 7 cells range mobs or 3 cells range mobs it cannot reach skill range hard to reach target due to hit locks and reposition bugs.... unless the flee system is fix... and do not put weak experience mobs too if you want list again ill provide wait ill check

Pay for not to play ? what a great idea ! theres also the uninstaller wizard class if you love that method, and it's totally free.
