Please be informed that our Specialist Team is already noticed errors happened to characters in Freya. This rollback issue is caused by possibly a whole different issue compared to other servers. This investigation process will take time to be rectified due to numbers of issues currently being addressed.
We do understand that this answer is not satisfactory, and you want this issue resolved as soon as possible. But we kindly ask for your understanding and patience to wait until our Specialist Team found the root cause of your issue and address it properly.

The root cause of the rollback issue has been fixed, and characters are no longer having their level reverted.

Therefore, you should be able to fix my character now? Please? Just reset my skills and I'm good to go?

I'm alive. They moved my character out of the dungeon and reset my skills.
My nightmare is over. Thanks to those that supported me. I hope that everyone else's issues are fixed as soon as possible as well.
