Seriously help this guy already 1month already and he still has the same problem for the love of god help him asap.

 

I'm almost 2 months into my ticket. Last I heard from GM Aunoe was several weeks ago and I've been sending weekly follow-ups ever since. GM Strouf claimed in a separate ticket that the "agent" was contacted and that was last week. Something is seriously wrong with the staff here - I've never seen anyone struggle so much to complete a simple task or at least have the decency to apologize for the unreasonable delays. I'm beginning to think it's just 1 or 2 people running this team at this point.

Random question are you guys ever gonna do anything about those gold selling site spammers?

 

Or can I take it as there's no longer any rules

 

Maybe because there is no use banning them as they just keep on creating new character anyway. Just a waste of time and we can just ignore it. They probably understaffed to waste time on these mofos. I rather put their effort on resolving tickets/fixing bugs.

Hallo, 

I did offline vending in prontera but the npc is nowhere to be seen.... 
at first its like the process was fail but the item was gone and then no mail give me back my item...
I just waiting and nothing happen..... I tried again to offline vending but its said already vending a shop NPC..
 
anybody have same issue like me???
this issue happen today after maintenance 

should I report this issue to GM? but Idk know how to do that...


any advice please..

this happened to me a while ago - they won't do anything for you

you have to wait until the server restarts from maint or a crash, or your VIP expires
then the 'shop' (that doesn't exist) will close and your stuff should be in rodex then

 

dont use rodex in pront

if you do use rodex in pront, wait for the message 'item sent to rodex' and then go somewhere else to use rodex

Please be informed that our Specialist Team is already noticed errors happened to characters in Freya. This rollback issue is caused by possibly a whole different issue compared to other servers. This investigation process will take time to be rectified due to numbers of issues currently being addressed.
 
We do understand that this answer is not satisfactory, and you want this issue resolved as soon as possible. But we kindly ask for your understanding and patience to wait until our Specialist Team found the root cause of your issue and address it properly.

I'm delighted I have my character back, but of course, my premium was expired and my Beelzebub Wing wilted.

 

Can't have it all, I'll just be happy with what I got.

Restoring an item should take them a few minutes to resolve and there’s no reason why they should be making us wait for months, especially AFTER they confirmed they could do that immediately. Apparently we’re waiting on “Specialists”? I highly doubt that. Just a lazy bunch of incompetent staff.
