That was to occur after the fixes for the 4th Class problems were completed.  It seems repairs are still going on because as of a few days ago, I still noticed changes and fixes were being done.  During that, some maps could not be entered as both walk-in warps and acolyte warps would fail.  I appreciate not getting stuck in the maps.  It's an improvement over allowing people to actually warp into the map and getting stuck.

I believe that's been a feature for a while, the difference my guess being that it's a matter of the map server actually being down versus just being overloaded and so slow to respond that requests give up and time out. Like a web page giving a 404 page vs taking forever to load. Very little actual evidence to back up this theory though and just going off personal technical knowledge.

Oh nice, I was trying to find a reference to that before to post for the GM because they don't know how to read 2 part questions when I asked them about items not degrading below 10.

It's not as important as the game-breaking bugs and economic devastation, but do we know if the 2nd skill bar is ever going to be repaired/functional? Especially with 4th classes, we have a lot more skills to use, and having to reset them every time we swap map servers makes them nigh unusable. Also, I'm not sure if they ever fixed the new bug they introduced that clears/resets the hotkeys. I've had to set my UserKeys.lua hotkeys file to read only just so that it stops getting overwritten and cleared.

People want Damage Gap update so bad and we can see that in every renewal patch note, but I never see your reply to it.

in my sight. i think they read. but noted in paper and pen. or in Notes app in computer. it is like call center thingy. they cannot kagebunshin their way to all the fix, one at a time only surely but slowly. even i cant do multiple jobs at once. im no super hero you know.

changing 2 letter from 10th of October to 24th doesn't take much, doubt they can manage other bigger things, not a good looks honestly. even if its a small and minor things, it adds up. 

for example on this very case, just being incompetent on small things can cause much fuss, its about sending a message to the player base. if they can't even maintain a professional looks even with the most minimum effort, expect to be bashed in every maintenance post they did and with the amount of post ppl do about mentioning the shameless copy paste even with super big font yet they did a reply and never changed it. its no just writing it down and taking notes, its blatantly ignoring the issues.

I did offline vending in prontera but the npc is nowhere to be seen.... 
at first its like the process was fail but the item was gone and then no mail give me back my item...
I just waiting and nothing happen..... I tried again to offline vending but its said already vending a shop NPC..
 
anybody have same issue like me???

should I report this issue to GM? but Idk know how to do that...
