Hardware maintenances will solely consist of IT tasks required to continue smooth operation of the game. From now on, we will be alternating between Hardware Maintenance and Update Maintenance from week to week unless specified otherwise.

This is so sad bruh no wonder we get no word on the Stats and Skills reset NPC, they don't even know which day is it.

This. The fact that we're almost at the end of October and they STILL haven't distributed the rewards or addressed it yet makes me concerned that there's literally no staff working. Also considering my ticket from September is still not resolved and GM Aunoe has ghosted me for several weeks for a simple item restoration that he confirmed multiple times. GM Strouf noted on a separate ticket that he reached out, but maybe it's all just one person running WP Support.

Wow, that's terrible. I hope it's resolved for you and others soon. I'm done spending my money until they have the decency to respond to my ticket and resolve it. I should've known that mentioning their "specialists" just means they're putting your request on the backburner. I should've taken it as a warning and asked for my item back immediately versus requesting to have it also refined to +12. Oh well.
