last saturday 20:30(local time) i gave the sign to metz. Then talk to metz according to the time on the timetable. It's not work.

In the past few days, I have tried to talk to metz every hour, but it has failed. 

Is it a bug?

Anything i can do?

time table is kinda wrong, i believe there is a time window about 7-8 hours after you give him the sign, and that repeats every day. Not absolutely sure but we've been trough this in here

I've been stuck int he same step for like 3 days now. Been trying whole day for diferent hour times. Gave it to him 10:55 pm server time

i just turned in the sign to Metz at 18:05 (~6 PM), I sure hope I don't have to come back at 2 in the morning to pick it up.

It was bugged for me too. A week had passed and Metz did not give the sign back.

I submitted a support ticket and GM Matyr was able to advance the quest for me to the next step.

you have to figure out which hour of the day he is giving your sign out, and then talk to him in that time frame, its weird like that.

This didn't work at all, and also didn't work for another player that was waiting to get the sign back the same time as me. I checked every hour, I checked every 2 hours, I followed the times listed on the table, and then tried all the different time slots also, nothing worked.
