For the Snow Festival, it looks like it still remembers which characters did it back in 2021.  So if your character did the quest for the Costume Pure Love Muffler back then, it won't let you do the quest for the Costume Snowman Hat this year.

Thanks for bringing in new contents. Please update Glast Heim Challenge mode LV10 directly. It's hardly a 'challenge mode' starting from Lv1 and farming 1 year to reach lv10.

i don´t understand why deleted the consumables, i worked hard to farm those and in any place says that was going to delete after the event. At last you should give some compensation for that.

Seems like if you did snow festival quest in previous years it doesn't let you do this years version of the quest, top notch job by the GM's again.

Not a single line here says you are gonna delete consumables

I know the items description had a warning, but you never removed it before.

Please reconsider and let those items stay as they always did, but if that is not possible at least add that to the guides and to patch notes... I had friends farming it and now they lost a lot of time for nothing...

And now our time that we sacrifice to earn that candy gone and just disappear like that.. THIS IS THE WORST DECISION EVER. You can delete the Costume effect, but pls not the item we just gain recently and we got since long ago.

You guys should know that there's description saying that the effect will be gone after event ends. But the big problem here is WP haven't made this cursed decision to delete these consumables in the previous years, until they are actually doing it this time. So when everyone was getting used to farm and enjoy the benefits, then finally the time bomb exploded

 

Note: This will mean that 20th anniversary hat + wing will either get the effects removed or deleted in the future if they decided to do the same

@CM Poring, can we assume that from here on out, all event items/consumables that say they'll be deleted/disabled at the end of the event will follow through with their description?

 

And if this is the case, can we not have any more seasonal events to stem the bleeding?

so all seasonal event with items not worth to do, not worth to farm, not worth to play and do the event that u bring here.. some people tried to farm it to sell it make some little zeny.. some people want to use it to themselves.. and better u make these seasonal item not just be deleted but change/trade it to another token or something that can we trade in the future.
