ticket closed without even resolving or updating the issuer, very professional, bought item from offline vend when claimed it disappeared.

They've closed my ticket twice even AFTER confirming they'd finally restore my item and claiming that it's a system error - pretty sure GM Aunoe is just having fun trolling me as seen below:

 

9/26 – I submit a support ticket regarding an item restoration request
9/27 – GM Aunoe responds with the standard question template, to which I responded immediately
9/28 – I send a follow up requesting an update
10/1 – GM Aunoe responds asking me to confirm item restoration AND to refine to +12 due to kachua ticket not working
10/2 – I confirm the above
10/3 – I send a follow up requesting an ETA
10/4 – GM Aunoe claims that my item restoration is in progress
10/5 – GM Aunoe once again asks me to confirm the above, to which I repeat again
10/9 – GM Aunoe claims that they will need to discuss with “Specialists”
10/20 – I send a follow up requesting an update/ETA
10/26 – GM Aunoe responds with the same copy/paste reply from 10/9
11/9 – I send a follow up requesting an update

11/10 – GM Aunoe responds to CONFIRM that item restoration will finally take place

11/13 – I send a follow up requesting an update, support ticket ends up being closed

11/14 – GM Aunoe asks me to confirm to proceed, which I confirm for the XXth time

11/16 – I request another update

11/17 – Support ticket closes again, which I respond to

 

No updates or resolution since then. I can confidently say at this point that GM Aunoe is an incompetent POS. Someone PLEASE help me get my item back... I've been waiting nearly 2 months and been lied to many times already about a resolution @CM Poring.

Always record the agreement in writing and ask the seller/buyer to use his main character to trade instead of a low level Novice. If buying, always ask the seller to show proof. If selling, always ask for payment 1st.

Once the agreement has been confirmed, proceed to providing the zeny if buying or accepting the zeny of selling. Take screenshot after every single trade. There is a "take a screenshot checkbox" on the trade window. Click it. If you're lazy like me you can also use the record gameplay aka Replay System (https://irowiki.org/wiki/Replay_System) if you wish.

 

Just a heads up though. I would not recommend buying an MVP card worth billions if you're new since you can get banned if they find you.

i understand but is there a zenny limit per character? so for example i am getting MVP card worth 20b so the dealer will use 10 characters (main character)?

Is anyone else not seeing the pet/not getting their effects along with the horrible lag and rodex void? I just noticed today that the pets are not showing up in towns/dungeons and not giving their effects (like my Incu's SP leech) while fighting but if I hit Alt+J, it says they're still there... Is this part of the major lag issues or something new altogether? I know there were reports of Juperos draining pet loyalty but this is another weird situation.

Couple guildies had pet issues, saw a homunculus crying in the same spot for 2 days too.
Also memo'd on my ab and changing maps got rid of it so that is getting issues as well.

Some things I've noticed:

• Anything to do with RODEX can be incredibly laggy in Prontera. This includes login bonuses and any offline vending transactions. I made a purchase earlier and it went through, but I didn't receive my item until a full day later. If you've experienced something similar, you can either wait it out, or maybe contact support to try your luck at having them dupe your item for you. Login bonuses are iffy in that sometimes the claim will register but you'll never get your item. I've also evolved a pet in Prontera and had to wait a handful of minutes for the evolved pet egg to show up in my inventory. TL;DR most transactions in the Prontera map server are iffy, although they seem to resolve after a few minutes to hours. Probably safest to take your business elsewhere. I have not experienced any issues with pet appearance recently, but some people have just posted about it, so there's that too.
• These issues also exist on a few other maps, Eden being particularly notable as many people's second line of defense for claiming login rewards.
• As Krit mentioned above, there seem to be some persistence issues with memoing warp portals. I tried one in Hugel, confirmed it registered by casting warp portal in Hugel, and then left the map server and it was gone. The same char was able to memo in Malangdo, and another char could memo in Abyss GH, so the skill clearly works fine. Hugel is the same map server of Ein3, Abyss Lake (and all its 20th anniversary mobs), Odin, and Barmund's Mansion, so it's a pretty popular map server which might be the cause of these issues.
• In the Mage classes subforum, someone mentioned similar persistence issues with the Arch Mage job change quest registering kills, and all the hunting maps are on that Hugel map server. This might be the same issue as the memo one.
• Unrelated to the above issues, but I've noticed that if you AFK in a map for a long time (like 1h+), then try to change map servers, you'll be disconnected. A quick way to get around this is to go to char select first to refresh. I don't think you get automatically disconnected for staying on the map for too long but if you do, it'd have to be like multiple days or something.

I think that's everything I've got off the top of my head related to lag and disconnections.

there is no wrong with spooky because me i tried it...i can do 4 windows client and with 15 full characters at one same time.

and yes the mail sysytem is slow today?i recently put up a buying store and still it has not yet showing in prontera and it says the store is open my zenny is in there that is so messed up. HELLLPPPPickasheesh
