why are we still getting +10/+11 safe certs? most gears get bonuses at +12, please give us +12 Certs for spend promotions or fix the damn +11 refine issue, don't insult us with +10 cert ever. I cant even sell my +10 gears for cheap.

It shows up in rodex about 2 weeks later. They announce on their FB page when they put them out and for what dates. Would be nice if we could just get rewarded right away or at least announcing it on the forums too.
