I want to know why this feature currently haven't been resolve? Before the update, the delivery is fast and smooth. After the update it become unusable and slow, some more cause billion of zeny in damage for vendors . What is happening behind the scene?

Probably from the rodex spam caused by booster characters getting mailed the job change thing every time they go near kafras. That and extra mail from daily logins.

You have to be careful, if the time between the server and your pj is not the same there is a risk of loss, I have lost some bbs and when trying to sell it says that I still have the active store but this is a lie, in addition I have removed another store and Rodex does not They returned the money, I sent a ticket and again they told me to wait 16 days, this is the last straw on Waportal's part.
The simple answer is due to the increasing number of users that increasing the traffic of our servers.
The transaction value using RoDex is very high on Prontera. If you were to claim your RoDex'es try to claim it outside the Prontera.

This was reported months ago. Why has it not been fixed yet? These mails don't autodelete themselves either since they have an attachment on them.
These hidden NPCs which send out the mail exist in all of the major towns. This means just from people naturally moving about the world of RO, likely tens if not hundreds of thousands of mails are generated every single day. And I doubt the vast majority of players clear these out, so they stay in the system and bog down the entire server, from opening mail to opening storage to logging in. All of which had little to no lag before these hidden NPCs were implemented.
The NPCs are supposed to give a quest upon first interaction which prevents further mails from being sent out. Fix the NPCs and purge all existing job change notifier mails.
And next time try fixing bugs when they're initially reported not when they get out of control and we wouldn't have these issues.
So does guild storage and changing some maps and rodex, lmao.
I found guild storage seems to work fine in aldebaran for some reason though.
And to claim login reward it seems to work if you log in, wait 1 minute then try to claim instead of doing it right away.
Rodex though is just rng at this point.
Hope GM look into player feedback and direct it to dev team (you pay them and they not fixing it... ridiculous xD) ... URGENTLY cause it cause DOLLAR(real money->in game item) OF LOSSES
I created a ticket to report this bug last year in Nov.
The reported RODEX bug was the RODEX did not send the daily rewards to players but the GM team ignored the case and asked me to create tickets for each character.
My friends gave up on that because they did not want to waste their time to create tons of tickets but I did not. I kept on explaining that I just reported a bug and you need to check and fix not to ask players to create more tickets. GM team needs to restore the undelivered items to us without asking each player to create tickets as same as RODEX issue in October last year.
GM team kept on holding that ticket for 2 months and did not fix the RODEX bug and now it is happening again.
I also explained to them that Hey!!, that was not a personal issue. I want to make a server better and I helped to report a bug. Please don't keep on hazing and holding my ticket.
