Unable to patch with the instructions of OUR TEAM GRAVTIY TEAM MEMBER, since last night maintenance.

1-Restart  PC.

2- RUN Client as Administrator.(Righ click and Run Admin)

3- Wait a little (It won't take long)

4-Log in and have fun

 

that was the thing i inmediatly did xd and try delete file .sys dind't work either and GM's are maybe free today?

i found the solution for the " failed to get 2024-03-12 live data 911 911 1710285978.rgz "  it's different than "Cannot  creat file 32". You need to uninstall IRO, download it again, install it again and then the "file 32" error will pop up and theen you can do the 1-3 minute re open and play. 2 days without an answer from any gm including ticket, i just know how to turn on pc, run some programs to work and play ro, so i expect a good agreement as a compensation, not only vip because i lost my only free days to play, level up, grind resources, etc.

i forgot one step, try it again but before, uninstall EAC then do all process of uninstall ro, then download patch, install it again if you have the same issue than me i wish you good luck, i hope now it works.

It works, delete the easy anti cheat file, remove the game entirely, re-download, get the error wait 5-10 Mins, patch will open game

Feel this needs to be said even though you you guys seemingly don't care or at least that is how you're behaving, but you need to realize deleting items from player accounts feels awful and causes players to not want to engage with your events.

This time is especially bad since you're removing healing items which players use a lot of and which weren't even farmed but instead were sold by a NPC. Myself and others bought extra of these healing items and now with them being removed you're essentially deleting zeny straight from our accounts. Can't even sell the remaining Montbanc Cakes or Fruit Parfait for anything to an NPC to recover some of our zeny.

So pretty awful all around and really not appreciated.

Yeah, GM's make events feel painful now instead of rewarding.
Also the pet bug is back so people logging in with pets can't move and D/c again, nice.

agreed. trying to get a drops card to evolve a sweet drops within the event period is a pain

I dislike a bunch of stuff that has happened in this game by the devs, but this isn't one. You've had the knowledge the entire time that the item was leaving with the event. If you over stocked on them, that's on you... not them. I just don't understand this mentality at all.

or you know...WP should pressure devs to fix this rodex thing because it feels like were the only server that experiences this.

So even while this is one of my most used items, why would I even think to read the description when after using it daily for two years I know exactly what it does? 

So now the many hours of work collecting the items from the NPCs the two previous times the event has run and hundreds of millions of zeny worth of items being deleted with almost no notice while also now needing to change how I heal my characters going forward.

Just is frustrating that an item I rely on for years now and is used almost every time I play the game at all is being removed for no good reason as far as I can tell. 

 

So like I say to the staff, please think through your decisions more and do better.

An infinitely spammable nearly as good as an ygg seed in healing item that people in the know have been stocking piling and overcharging for between event periods shouldn't stay in the game and I very much do hope its deleted at event end.

 

You'll learn to live down the in the ygg seed gutters with the rest of us or whichever other spammable consumable you turn to next is.

 

There's no reason for this item to exist beyond its event time. It's too good as an everyday forever item and removes the need for just about any other restoration consumable in the entire game. Especially after they dropped the weight from 10 to 5. It's practically game breaking  lol.
