At +7, does some other thing. Could be good, could be bad. You struggle to recall what exactly it was supposed to do at this refine level.

At +9, does some stuff. You don't seem to think it was important. Probably still good. Maybe it autocasts Vituperatum. That seems like a nice effect for a +9 shield.

At +11, if Dex/Int is above 110, it may have had some beneficial effects, but you can't focus your mind on what it actually did, because...

When equipped with [MVP Card(s)], drop rate +10000%, automatically destroys Emperium if you exist on the same map as the Emperium, 90% chance for everybody to pretend like the item is balanced.

At +13, you're able to pretend like there was some kind of penalty that really offset one-shotting Midnight Fenrir with Napalm Beat or Bash or Double Strafe. Maybe SP Costs for those skills were increased by 20% or something.

Good guide in making LT customs should be abys lake. the bonus by grade already gives powerful effect, minor tweaks should be done with the base effects, not doubling it. eg - stats from 10 to 12. atk from 10 to 12.

Hi, Here is the issue with the Meister profession currently, and it will likely become a major problem in the future: the Mado Emergency Box has a cooldown of 300 seconds (5 minutes). When a Meister misses the timing or dies to the boss in Villa of Deception (HARD),or the next Constellation Tower they are stuck with the cooldown, unable to do anything except sit and wait or leave the dungeon. Therefore, I would like to request an iRO custom item to help reduce the cooldown of the Mado Emergency Box.
