It's a boat of the underworld, build up with the uncut nails of the dead, leaded by Loki into the Ragnarok - the fight of the gods - in the northern Mythology :3
It carries the enemy of the gods and it's owned by Muspell.
It was a common to cut the nails of the dead to take care that the boat isn't finnished too soon to push Ragnarok away from coming. (sry if this sentance isn't correct, I'm not good at english grammar, it's not my natural language)
But with Nagelfar ready, the real battle can begin - like the beginning of the real Ragnarok - in such case, more than fitting for a Renewal Ragnarok Server!

The Einherjar are the heroes who have died with great bravery on the battle fields. These heroes are prepared in Valhalla for the oncoming battle of Ragnarok. In the morning they are woken by the crowing of the-_- Gullinkambi ("golden comb"). During the day they train and fight, until they cut each other to pieces. At night they feast at Odin's side and their wounds are miraculously healed.
On the day of Ragnarok, the bravest of the Einherjar will march with Odin to battle the frost giants, the enemies of the gods.

You want a name for a long term project: Phoenix have a life-cycle of 1000 years. For some time they changed the colours of the RO logo in kRO to yellow: Phoenix is on fire (Yellow and Red) (also if someone said it was gold, the tail is gold in Phoenix too). Phoenix when it's about to die, burns himself (like RO with their mechanics etc) and revives himself. Also according to wikipedia "The Phoenix has long been presented as a symbol of rebirth, immortality, and renewal".

Well Phoenix' don't burn themselves, when they die they incinerate into a pile of ash and from the ashes is a new phoenix. Sometimes the reincarnate other times they don't.

Einherjar was a guild on Sakray, so probably not the best idea. Or I know a few people whose heads might explode through the atmosphere.
