someone told me u have to pay because its members but i have never heard of anyone being a member before..

Its not members only, you can reach it by finishing quests.

First you need your fate and acces to the Orlean portal on the Oblivion Temple: http://rose.kuro-tej...p?m=6&q=4<br />Your fate will be either Arua or Hebarn. Get the 5 fate tablets, talk to historian Jones in Junonpolis and finish by getting your fate in the Oblivion Temple.
With that fate you can talk to Bond inside the Oblivion Temple and get the Royals of Oblivion quest.

When on Orlo, you need the wayfinder passive to move beyond the golden ring maps: http://forums.warppo...eward-docjager/

Being 180+ and having a teleticket helps too, but without the wayfinder passive skill your option for moving around are limited.
