Edit
Actually Gravity is pretty sneaky. Check out the description LOL
Very unique, square formed shield with a special jewel on it which protects from physical power. If upgraded to +5 or higher, increases 1% of tolerance against Neutral attack. <---- OMG PERIOD LOLOL(The tolerance increase is limited to refine level 12) per refine level.
If you notice the period... the equipment is working AS INTENDED.
....rofl
and here are my test equipments

Is the CK upgraded or not?
Keep in mind in pvp neutral reductions only apply to weapon atk + equip atk, so it might be working properly depending on STR stat for CK user. (CK only has 80 ATK remember). If your hitting for 476 naked that must be 100+str or thereabouts.
If we assumed 100 str, CK = 120 atk so +11 was 8/120 reduction = ~7%. would need exact stats though, but this would be the correct amount (with rounding) if the shield was 1% at +5, and an additional +1% per upgrade from then on.

And yes, you might be right... If that does happen to be the case I hope the shield receives the same treatment as the hats did and be given the 2% per upgrade level after +5.

Your calculations are correct however it is only 6% not 7%:
0.94*120=112.8 which gets trucated to 112 Edit (8 damage reduction)
0.93*120=111.6 which gets trucated to 111 Edit (9 damage reduction)

The immune shield does nothing. With roughly the same def (changed up gears so I had 82 DEF and -30% demi) with the immune shield, umbala spirit, 2 medal of honor. 83 DEF with a +6 cranial valkyrja's shield. I took about 3 less damage per attack with the valk shield. The immune bonus is completely broken.
The cat beret does about to be about 12~14% reduction. It reduces damage more than beret for sure, with the same amount of total DEF.
Offensive bonus on the cat beret does not work.
Please Gravity... I spent a ton +12ing these items for WoE, and they do not work... please do an emergency maintenance to fix them!

At least inform us if we are gambling our zenny or for some peopl rl money on something that would be worth spending on. Or do we wait until maintenance to complain that it is less than what is already ingame and that we were stupid to spend on it?
I think that the GMs RL > your video game time.
Geez, people demand so much of the GMs to be on the ball 24/7.... they work office hours, not live and breathe RO.

I'm just glad that the forum mods at least acknowledge the possible problem and have reported it.
Hey Inu, tell them to make it 2% per refine rate at +5 and up =) haha

Lol I don't understand all the hostility haha... I'm one of the few people with a now +12 immune shield and I'm more than happy to be patient and wait for it to get fixed. I doubt they're just going to leave it broken as it would leave a sour taste with many players and in turn they will be spending less money.

Contrary to popular believe the VMs actually gather from topics/people all the things we can find as potential problems and we have a way to report it so that it gets sent up via a weekly report. At that point it will most likely get assigned for the developers by priority, some things are more important than others or some things require more time to fix than others.

weapons add variance to damage so no@Jaye this might sound like a dumb question but gotta be sure, you were using a weapon right in both tests?
