Sorry in my late reply arry. I was lagging badly with major gremlins last night.
Oh i remember what it was like to now know what was good for my character. I know some people find that aspect fun, but i hated it. We have a few forum members who would answer any question you had about Bourgs.

I really hate this patch.... i appreciate What u guys did but after the latest patch : my computer is slow/ lagg in-game / and many "Rose online doesn't respond. so i thought am i the only one with this problem? or does someone know how to fix it ?

The thing is I don't even use my plutotunes going from 13 to 15. They seem to work fine without them for me. But... *shrugs*

Yes, when you fail you loose two refine say if it was to 13 it might drop to 11 or something I don't remember off hand.

That's true. 10+ refine attempts causes the ups of the item to degrade by 2 points if it fails.
