Same, started a Ninja about 24 hours ago after I saw this thread. Really close to the level cap already~Just started leveling my Ninja while waiting for advancement.

Man, I made a ninja the day before yesterday's night, and its 99 already. Now I'm like wtf am I going to do. *Looks at other characters and looks back at ninja* I want 2nd class ninjas XD

I think KG/OB skills aren't that flashy but atleast they have more new useful attacks.

I just want Kagerou because Im so proud playing the class that originated in my country.
Was hoping for a "Samurai" class yrs back but not possible, since KG/OB look like em & soon coming to RO.

They'll be changing kunai damage formula again.
I've heard from iro forums, from 4k the damage turned 400 .. you should make one now before they patch that up if you want to feel the new class coming!

I have my revit Sura to aid him level get hp+def coz hes gearless just kunais and RWH, I can have CSS but Im still not putting my xtra skill pts (bc on spamming TK) /ho

-What exactly does Juumonjigiri do? The descriptions we got so far say it's a combination effect, but I have no idea of what it's supposed to do;
-The Kunai skills will always hit regardless of DEX the same way as their previous thrown counterpart?;
-Do Left/Right hand masteries affect skills? How much difference does it make if I melee with or without the masteries?;
Also, we need information regarding their stats and bonuses, so we can add them to our existing stats and skills calculators. I attempted to make a skill build for Kagerou just now, and it must've taken me about 40 minutes.

We haven't got the classes yet .. if you want you could test it in kRO Sakray .. though you have to level normal too there y'know?
I'll also answer your question that I know...
I don't know about KG/OB kunai skill but Throw Kunai still hits regardless of DEX .. though as far as everyone's concerned .. people in iRO says kRO changed the formula of Throw Kunai .. to DEX instead or STR.

ATK +10/MATK +5, ranged physical damage +1% for every upgrade.
If above level 70, ATK +5 for every 10 levels above 70.
Class: Fuuma Shuriken
ATK: 55
Weight: 150
Weapon Level: 3
Required Level: 1
Can only be worn by Ninja classes
A +12 Fuuma would give about 256~296 attack at lvl 150. Add the slot and the +12% ranged damage bonus to it. I lose strength to my legs just thinking of this.
Everything considered, I am very undecided whether I want a fuuma type or dual wielding type. The prospect of dual wielding daggers with magic type is just as appealing.
Since they're so easy to make, I just might make two of them. Hahahah~

I am levelling my ninja and saving my reset for when Kagerou hits. I was sure I wanted a dual wield build, but now I can't choose since Fuuma Shuriken builds seems so appealing as well. What I do know is that, in this case, a hybrid magic and physical build is possible, but the branching trees would consume too many skill points from one another, and we'd have a lousy selection of skills to use.

If you wanna level an expanded class as new player, a taekwon class may a better way to go, since taekwon kid don't even need a weapon and they're easy to level.
