I don't have visual proof, but today I managed to +10 a Cracked Buckler while eating my fried rice. I didn't even noticed I even +10 it when I was dual-clienting upgrades.

I get 2 +9s today and I have no witch's hat yet and I have 14 alts...... That silly hat is pretty elusive.

i have 6 chars. i really want a pumpkin hat. i hope it becomes tradable after the event so i can buy one.

I've managed to get it to +9 once and have gotten 3 of the hats so far... but with 22 characters to try it with that happens

And I got a hat on my alt account two days ago.

in the 3? weeks ive gotten 2 +10s... no idea if the refiner allows for +11

Above +10 is possible but you just get the +10 prize.

each day; if i don't get the hat on main account, then i don't even try on alt account. lol
