I got it to +8 once and im happy , but I really want to get it to +9 someday /sob

using the improved BOO cards I got a +9 for 4 manuals. Before that, I had never gotten past +7.

I thought those BOO cards are glitched atm?

they dont seem to be to me at least, using them i noticed alot higher upgr rates and made a +8 and a +9

What's glitched is the B card. It's working, but ur patcher doesn't have a skill description for it, so it shows up as Unknown Item.

The NPC scans your inventory for items ID #xxxxx and #xxxxx (which are the BOO cards). If it finds them, he'll take the 3 and refine with enriched rates. it doesn't need to know what it's taking so long as the item ID is correct.

Got lucky on the one char that didn't have BOO cards:



The ones with the BOO cards only went to +5, everything else went +4 except for that one on my girl slave account that went +6.
