I just don't understand, how come international server getting all updates from kRO much later than other official servers? It's like... Malaysian, heck, even Russian server got costume tab and other stuff long time ago. Why is that so, seriously?

I always thought that the only thing that makes updates to come out later than on kRO is necessity to translate original updates into other server's language and then implement it. While original Korean updates are available for all license holders at the same time. Don't really see why would they keep the update away from international server while gave it away to Russians and others *confused*

Too bad itll cost a couple hundred bucks to get top tierdecent gear and get back into RO, just not worth the investment.
