Also, are the skill reset books always going to be purchasable for 10M or is this only temporary?
Temporary until the next maintenance which should be on the 27th December.

As in an offensive move in the "unique" skill category?
At this point in time, I wouldn't agree to it.
The skill/class balancing is already lots of time to get it to the "ideal" balance.
More information is needed though, so perhaps in the proposals and suggestions section.
Imagine wars though, everyone all saved up their "finishing move" then spammed it at once.
this is not a suggestion for now, its for the future and u will never now how will people react in a near death exp(in game)
they can be very controlled so use dont see people spamming them

the only reason u want this is for ur champ obviously since they
now are gonna have 18 or so sp left over... give it up they just got
balanced..

my main is not even a champ, am even glad i wont see so much champs around so i can go back to my champ
u should read my posts before talking non sense.
p.s. this is something ive been talking about 3 weeks ago b4 this patch, learn to pay attention b4 u speak.

Lets analyze:
(Using epic weapons) Comparing Spear to Sword:
Spear:
Higher mspeed
Higher Attack Speed
Sword:
Higher Attack Power
Higher Crit
Higher Accuracy
More skill points (Because the 1st job skill spear mastery does not have a secondary stat)
Now look at the champ skills:
Spear:
Achilles Heel Strike:
947 skill power when maxed
5 second cooldown
no status
11m radius
Reliable
Sword:
Seismic Impact:
1025 skill power when maxed
5 second cooldown
20% dodge down status
10m radius
Weapon attack (can miss/crit)
Not sure the mp change as I haven't logged in. I wanted to reskill back to spears but it doesn't look like there is any reason to still.

when i reskilled and relog, i still have my sacrifice skill .... level 4, and i have 211 extra sp ;D

I'm looking at the champ skills and it's apparent that sword is still pretty superior. Axe might have some appeal in pvp but the spear is inferior to sword still.
Lets analyze:

i would suggest that grenades cooldown should increase not shared whats the point of having diff 'nades then? and please remember that flash high explosive should "blind the opponent but instead accu down"...hope that next patch youll make a difference...

I know, having a shared cooldown is good if they are equally useful for different situations. But when 1 is better than the rest (damage + high stun success) you won't really ever use the others.

(NEW PATCH) 5 sec cooldown on 'nades..shared cooldown as well...5 sec cd on hypno success rate retains ..(OLD PATCH) once you throw 'conc throw another usefull 'nades then so on and so forth but if your gonna do it on shared 'nades cd and a 5 sec hypno betcha a quick meltdown on arti with what def/hp they have..
again..increase cooldown on nades, removing the damage on conc's would be more fair and just...
