Yeah she has Brain Surgery, its just annoying cause it seems to happen randomly and she cannot use skills.

Yeah she has Brain Surgery, its just annoying cause it seems to happen randomly and she cannot use skills.
Generally happens on first login and zone changes. Just vape / recall and it should be in the proper order.
