Whatever the hell is messing this game up, DDOS attack, or poor servers, needs to be fixed RIGHT AWAY.

So tired of this.

Gravity needs to do something about the DDOS attacks then. Cause this has been constantly happening daily for the past 2 weeks. You always say were working on it!! Rather than a were working on it answer everytime it happens YOU should do DDOS attack prevention as DDOS attacks can be prevented with the right security measures in place!!!

Well, the people who are doing this aren't going to stop. If the only solution is that, then it's better to chance blocking some legitimate traffic, rather than let the game die out because people are too frustrated to bother playing anymore, no?

Personally, I think it's ridiculous that they leave answering this stuff to you in the first place. They should be coming here to deal with the players themselves. It's what they get paid for. You're just a volunteer.

To be honest, when this happened before (end of 2010?) I don't think they ever solved the issue that time either. I think those that were DDoSing just eventually got bored of it and stopped. I think iRO is just hoping the same thing will happen this time. At this point in time, I very much doubt there will be Ymir WoE on the weekend, and Heim for the good of the game probably needs to make some kind of comment to the customers about the current situation, and also make amends (in particular those that are losing the VIP ingame benefits each time the login/payment sever is knocked over)

Unfortunately, at the moment, looking into it is the best we can do. Our IT guys are trying to find a solution as soon as possible, since we know this is exceedingly frustrating for everyone, ourselves included.

What give the VIP players an extra weeks VIP? or some KP I don't see how they can amend my lost VIP time, as I was in Geffen too when that crashed.

Dear RO, youre fired im so glad i didnt buy any VIP or KP today!! If you cant do your job properly.... I'm not going to pay you. and I dont see that many other people are going to either. its F2P now so i can log in as i wish anyway. If it werent f2p, guess what, I wouldnt be paying to not be able to connect every day. hahaha. You guys always say ohhhh its DDOS every year around voting time, but this game has been around for HOW many years and you still cant figure out a way to stop things messing up? Yeah, cute. Oh, and I never vote. What a joke. I've on and off played this game for like 5 years now, so I dont believe one bit that "you're working on it" cause the same thing happens every year!!!!
