I think some people has mentioned.

1. Spectre Tower first boss. After boss died, UI gone, cant more cant do anything. Shortcut such as potion seems to be working still .. stuck!!
2. Alot of quests appear to have no text at all. Some of the text are still in Korean.
3. I think its just lag, but alot of times, monster just dont fly to the air. Air combo is preferable for archer class, after i hit with rocket launcher or things that makes them fly, they just appear standing still. I cant hit them with AA atk or regular ground atk.

The first problem, apparently wide screen resolution makes the movie scene not to show. in case of the spectre tower, the gate opening scene after each boss doesnt show thus stuck.
Second problem, after recent patch, all text shown
third problem, i been playing this (on and off) since open beta with other gaming company. LAG seems to be a big issue. especially on rapid attack skills such as archer AA and bandit roll-on-air attack. A little lag can cause the skill to be less functional.

a new problem came out after the valentine update. my avatar doesnt show. well i opened a new post for this.
yesterday was fine.
update today.
my character name and profile still there, but the avatar itself doesnt show.
cant attack cant mine cant do anything =.=

tried to repatch (delete patch.id) same things happen...

even more amazing thing happens. submitted a ticket, tech support logged into my account:
"We have tested the account in question and were able to see the characters in question." -from tech support reply

and now i cant even log in at all. ingame error says "PLEASE CHECK YOUR ID". Double checked spelling, and password.

Character creation doesnt work either, only sound .. then nothing happen.
tech support says its my comp and specs. Well this is what , THE GAME WORKS FINE BEFORE TODAYS UPDATE.

cant log in ... ever since i got response from my first ticket. Seems like they are holding my account

alternative download has broken link. its megaupload. My account cant be used. Its not password error either. I submitted my third ticket ....

after 7 hours of a good fresh installation + updates, the game works fine.
but i still cant access my account

somewhat somehow my password changed.
i tried to change my password from the account setting and it says my old password is wrong.

well password reset did the fix.
