I wouldn't mind the spotlights being longer, but there are more than a years worth already doing a new one every 2 weeks. The after effect of the spotlight is we fix or add reward for the quests in that area. Hence we did add EXP to the 3 amatsu quests now.

If you completed the quests, you can't get that additional reward, instead we added the girl who during the spotlight gives you a much larger reward for doing all those quests. She was giving upwards of 1.2M for having those 3 Amatsu quests done, where now it is only 700k. This is a fair reward for the effort.

The event was to get those that did the quests already to be rewarded, the after effect is meant to keep the quest good to do.

Anything anyone reasonable would propose for a quest would be rejected because they're 'trolls' and not fit to be fungineers.

Heart Ribbon is a horrible idea. It's supposed to be limited.

But what about the Pheromones? I'm sure by now that headgear could be implemented.

I think some of the quest writers are too busy trying to live vicariously through the NPCs. Which is why a good idea looks so appealing.
