Limpid Skin drops by almost all of the Pomics in ROSE. Though I can see why it seems as if they are not very common.
I will make sure to keep this in mind as we do some updates to the drop tables.

Ice Shard?

Shaman Ghost & Venom Ghost are the two monsters that drop Ice Shards.
They are not completely un-common drops, you should have gotten a few from the Shaman Ghost, unless you were killing mostly Evil Shamans.

I tried hard to make sure I got a variety of them just in case so there is no way I should lvl 3 times and not receive even ONE drop. I even tried different rooms.

But why is it only two mobs that are in the same area that drop this item? The mobs in that room aren't exactly plentiful. Who in their right mind would even try getting a mat this way? Even if I would try to farm it (if it were dropping) and if it is a rare drop, the amount of nullifers I would have to use would cost me more than just going disassemble since we level WAY too fast still.
