Ok so I did the Oblivion Temple part of the quest and got teleported to Orlo, but I have no idea what to do from here. I keep reading to go to Gates of Muris and I will be able to kill an NPC, but I can't even get out of the Golden Ring/Wreckage. How do I even get to Gates of Muris?

Do the quests at the wreckage of the blinding mist. The ones of the NPC's near the ship.

To enter muris you have to be level 200. To travel around orlo you have to be 180 or above.
