While I appreciate the back-up, I do not feel that oversized text does anything but discredit the act of trying to help. I politely ask you to be a bit more respectful in your approaches.

Anyway, yes, there are many useful factoids on the wiki that will help you out and generally teach you the ins and outs of the small details. Even if you see it and don't understand, please feel free to ask as many questions as you want. The new players have a right to knowing these things and experienced players should have the obligation of helping out. While you can ask any questions you want, I suggest taking a peek at the Wiki first to see if it explains what you need.

Anyways, I have another question. This is more of a "opinion" question I guess... but I can't really make an opinion because I don't know which stat is more important.

I have a 5 piece cupid set, but no backpack. I have a keematt (I think thats how you spell it) wings with 2% crit rate. My question is.... Should I get backpack so that I get the 5% phys dmg reduct and 3% mag dmg reduct, Or use a +5 keematt wings with 2% crit rate. I'll use the backpack to help solely for enchanting if keematt is more useful for fighting.

You should decide yourself which one is more useful. PDD+MDD (Physical Damage Drop + Magical damage drop) or CR (Critical Rate). The answer is really vary depends on build/gear/class/fashion/STAT/personality/PvP/PvE. For person who stacks PDD/MDD of course they will prefer cupid, but for people who stacked CR, they will prefer CR. Imo, which one doesn't matter, but if you are planning to be competitive, at some degree you will have to change your backpack keemart or cupid.

I don't mean to be impolite, but your question is like... asking which clothes you should wear and suit you, while we don't know your appearance etc.

(I applaud Prinz, Hime, Zab, Storm who has been answering these questions, politely imo)

EDIT: By saying this, i didnt mean to ask your class/level/etc. As long as it is not at endgame, fighting (PvE) is imo about more than 50% skill/common sense when to run/jump/attack, 20% your aim STAT, 28% normal gear, 1% IM gear, 1% luck. It should answer your question... i hope.

Thanks, Your answer wasn't impolite at all. I'll stick with critical, it's just that I've been told PDD is a really superb stat that really helps. I've heard the same for crit(Well of course, every game needs crit) so I wasn't really sure.

i say cupid i dont think % crit rate increase does much at your level. it increases your crit rate by 2% of your current (base) crit rate, which should be pretty low right now

More questions accumulated over 1-2 days

1. If you craft a dark soul weapon, does it turn out sealed? I haven't seen a single sealed dark soul weapon drop, but I've only done 2 runs so far. Paris is hard when it nearly 1hits each mistake you make .


2. Can using Trade Chat as a regular smega be bannable? How long? I been using it like one....


3. I didn't realize my pet could attack till now. I have a flying squirrel, griffon, husky, phelix. Which one should I evolve and mount food on? If I shouldn't mount food now, when should I? I'm going to be buying the food and hopefully earn the price each month. If I shouldn't use mount food now, when or on what pet should I do it on?

1. I am not entirely sure but if you craft it, it should come out sealed. Sealed generally won't drop from Paris, I think.

2. It depends what you mean by smega. If you're using it for real things [like finding parties, selling items] then it's absolutely fine. If you're spamming things like "ah I love kyaryu #4#4#4#4" like everyone does on super megaphones, then you're using it wrong. It's not bannable, but it's not very welcome.

3. All mounts will generally do the same thing. Use it on the one you like best.

4. Elements are useless.

also side note, unless it has changed in the last 6ish months, most crit rate (atleast from sc and on set bonus) is not worth getting until you stack obscene amounts of both agility and the crit rate as it only increases your base 5% for example it would increase the base 5 by 42% which results in a very low addition.

OOOH WOW REALLY? That helps me understand things alot. Wow I been stacking crit rate all this time for no reason. Been usin crit soul crafted farrel accesories. How much agi is 1 crit %? Assuming I have no crit rate percent gear on me at all.

Oh wow that's alot. I got +20 agi on my wep and thought maybe that might have brought me up a few crit %.... but not even one!

It's about a .33% increase in crit rate(based on storm info) => you'd expect to hit about 3.3 more criticals in 1000 hits.

You have to stack a lot of agi and crit rate to notice. And being a pathfinder helps too

I don't understand. When it says following day does it mean the next day? It makes it sound like they were gonna list a date but they didn't. It also says RUNS so does it mean you get as many boxes as you run?

So like... I tried to Valid Raeth f7., A level 41 infiltrator(me), lv 41 paladin, lv 41 marksman, lvl 41 pathfinder.
Our first attempt made it to round 40.

Our second attempt we had like lvl 8 freezing lvl 10 gaia lvl 8 freezing lvl 8 gaia lvl 8 gaia and a lvl 7 wind thing. The freezing and gaias were aligned in that order at the bottom(Where monsters spawn). The wind was next to the stone thing we have to protect.


We were told that higher level statues are better than having a large number of them. What are we doing wrong? Is it cause the marksman has no stuns at all? Or atleast I think he doesn't...

EDIT: Oh yeah, our second attempt got to round 46. With the use of time reverse stun hammer spam from pally, rocket,violent blow, and the sleeping fog from me, aaand Book thingie that slows down monsters and poisons them, and some net thing from the pathfinder. I don't think MM had any.


EDIT2: It took 2-3 hours to get to round 46.

If you want to go fast just make around 14 lightning towers and start buffing them (use F2 and F3) around stage 35-40ish you won't hit stage 50 but you'll probably hit stage 47-48 within an hour (Get Tactical Points maxed, Build 3 lightning towers to level 4-6, add another 3-4 lightning towers and buff them all to 10 and continue adding towers and attack power for bombs.)

To do stage 50, the easiest way is to do Tactical Points, Gaia Freezing Gaia Freezing Gaia the marksman has nice burst damage so he can help with the bombs.

Bombs are easy cause I have nature attk on my weapon. I heard elements are OP or something so that it rhapes bombs. I 1hit bombs.

I haven't used lightning towers yet so thanks for the advice!!

cupid set - finish your set if you can - last bonus increases your chance to soul craft other items (only a 1.3% increase) but it will still be nice to have in the long run...
