I downloaded the Dragon Saga Client Installer today, but there are frequent problems with installing.
It starts out fine, but when it hits for 100% for each section of the download, (media1.cab, media2.cab, etc) an error window pops up informing me that "A download error occurred. Retry?"
If I click Retry, the window disappears for several second while the installer considers this, then the window simply pops back up again.
If I click Cancel, I am greeted with yet another error window: "ERROR: Unable to download. Access Forbidden (403)" However, the text within the installer itself leads me to believe the section of the file has been downloaded and installed correctly. The hash file checks out okay, it deletes the temporary file, and authenticates it successfully.
I am able to then click "Ignore" a couple times on the error window, and it begins downloading the next media.cab file (after an alarming error message me telling the file failed a hash check). However, the cycle simply continues. At the end of downloading/installing all the files, nothing seemed to have happened, and the installer closed itself after several errors (cant remember what they were sorry :/ )
Sorry if this is too long and wordy, I am just a little confused at what I am doing wrong here. If I am missing any vital information, please let me know. Oh, I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1, with an Intel Core i7 processor and 8GB of RAM (as an administrator).
Any suggestions? Thanks all
