Increases the damage done by Arrow Storm skill by Refine Level x 5 %.
Increases the SP cost of Arrow Storm skill by Refine Level x 5.

This comes with the bio 4 update right? 'cuz i really want that bonus AS dmg, lol. And does anybody have any idea of what it will sell for?

+10 will give 50% arrow storm damage and has 2 slots?

and you can use any arrow instead of being stuck with elven arrows

It will be very good for arrow storm, also 193 aspd will be very easy with this bow having 2 slots.

Uhhhhhhhhhh... Now that i think about it, none other then AS and the occasional warg strike proc lol.

Too bad the bow is Ranger only. If shadow chasers could use it, it would solve some of the PVM problem they have even if it makes AS cost 200+sp per cast.

Get it to +14, double Beholder Master Cards = +4 flat aspd = hundreds of points saved for other stats for resistances against status effects.

Haha. I don't look around for patch notes and future updates so I was just looking at the bow.

I love it when people call rangers weak, just because they cant wear a shield, and yet they have no clue as to how to play one. Then again they're the rangers that let people get close to them. This bow is nice. I'd love to see a +12 bow in action.

Yes, very much so. Any arrow can be used with it, and it has 2 slots.

I can't assume this is better than the Elven Bow, may be equal damage, but with the ability to choose the arrow.

Edit: Actually, after a few calculations, I noticed the difference is pretty low. This bow only beats Elven after +10, or on +10 if you put Archer Skeleton cards on it. The SP cost balances it, and this is the best part.

And again, nothing useful for performers. The Creeper Bow looks nice, but not THAT awesome at the end.

You guys need to learn Bow Mechanics before crying over this bow. The biggest advantage this bow has is the ability to stack reduction gears like asprika, Gr+unfrozen switching, DR, variants while having a level 4 bow and 2 slots. Just because you see 50% from the WW set and +60% from a +12 giant crossbow doesn't mean the 110% will stack like it does with other weapons. Bow Mechanics are complicated and even after 70-80% range damage increase is not even noticeable.

This Bow will make Rangers much better especially if you have access to a Thanatos Card/SS card but don't think those percentages will stack like it does on paper.

You need to understand in WoE Rangers die to pretty much everything. Play vs good guilds and tell me how well you survive. I had to hide between Arrow Storms when I Main'd a Ranger because our Warg is not even usable 80% of the time because of all the unwalkable cells in WoE. Especially WoE 1.

We will be the most balanced class once this Bow comes out because we will be the true Glass cannons. (Oh yeah if you haven't noticed Arrow Storm has a pretty bad cooldown UNLIKE DB which is much more Overpowered in WoE)

They stack, it's the same thing as putting two Imp cards together with Crimson Staff for Fire Bolt damage, or high upgrade KVM staff with high upgrade Yggdrasil crown for Heal/Sanctuary.

If you say 80% ranged increase makes no difference, then go without them and be less effective.

If you want to use this bow at >= +12 and use reductions instead of damage gears, it's the same thing as using Elven Bow + Arrow without White Wing. Any wanderer does it to level.

Bow mechanics are easy, except for the bugs: Lack of overupgrade bonus (So a +5 to a +10 bow is as effective as using a +5 bow with Porceliio card), no MATK per upgrade, and of course, the combination of ranged + skill reductions in WOE.

And "most balanced class". What a joke. GXs are the most balanced class after the patch. All the others need fixes. Having only one skill good and all the others being useless, this is not really a good "balance". it's the same thing as say maestros are the most balanced class because they have strings.
