Have anyone tried killing them?
I have tried Buwaya. It is freaking irritating when you always get trapped in his treasure box. Inside his freaking box, you will be poison and sp will be drained. Further more there are clones of him.

A guildmate and I tried to beat Bangongot. We got up to the 2nd phase before it slaughtered us with it's OP magic attacks.

Next time we'll bring a sorc with ME. >.<

Yes. All 3 mvps have level 20 LOV. I think buwaya is the funniest among the 3. He puts you in a treasure box like almost every time you get close to him

Buwaya seems interesting. Does he put your entire party in the treasure box, or just one player? I'd imagine that taking him out would really cost a lot of supplies, since each time you're inside his box, you have to kill 2 of the same MVP <_>

For beating these MVPs, I think wind armor and an anti-demon valk shield help a lot. I guess it's time to invest in one of those.

Buwaya is pretty much impossible since you get put into the box every five seconds. Not sure if it's only for one person or if the entire party gets warped...

Bangongot is easy until it powers up / agis up and then I can't do anything to it.

Bakonawa was easy until he became Enraged and summoned mobs, and then I died a horrible bloody death.

Just tried to do Buwaya with a group. We had 2 bombers and a ranger. It teleports you into it's box VERY FREQUENTLY. Holy cow, I don't even know how you're supposed to find and kill that thing in the time between being in that room.

Furthermore, there are like, 3 Buwayas in that dungeon, not just one. We managed to kill one of them and two were still remaining. Eventually we got hit by LoV and died, then just gave up. The Seaweed is also pretty annoying, keeping the entire group under agi-down, making it hard for our ranger to do his thing.

I think that the faster you kill Buwaya's weakness inside the box, the more time you have to find and hurt it before you're taken inside again. I was attacking alongside my homunculus, which let me clear the Buwaya weakness pretty fast. After that I was able to find and bomb Buwaya a few times before it dropped me with it's LoV.

I group of my guildies tried this the other day, they gave up because, the warlock got trapped in the treasure box from using skills. guess you cant do that.Then on top of that he is so strong and you have no way of telling the difference between the 3.

FYI the MVP does not do well with DPS. bring ranged classes or AOE

Putting you in the box isn't actually a skill, it's an event, so there's no way it can be blocked.

You're still going to want ME for his lv 20 jupital thunder of course, but the fact that he'll be constantly putting your sorc in his box along with everyone else makes it very hard to keep it up.

I noticed in the center of the room, there are a bunch of strange glowing portals on the floor, similar to the ones in Juperos. Are these important? Maybe standing in those will prevent him from using his attack?

Also yes, he pulls your entire party in, or at least most of it. There were 3 of us in there together at one time.

well. basically none of the MVPs can kill me, and I can't kill any of the mvps. I should really go in a party...

You basically need a party consisting of a tank, ME sorc, Damage dealer, healer. At least one member of your party needs to have a high attack speed for breaking the plant bosses.

Finding the ME Sorc is probably the hardest part.

The whole party got grav errored when we tried bakonawa. Great job testing this crap GMs. Maybe make it use MS less and the grav errors might not happen. Glad it was tested and not rushed onto the main servers ;-)

Ohh and bangungot was pretty wasy. Did that with a ranger WL and sura... it dispells a lotttttttttt though. It was somewhat hard but we got it. Buwaya is very very difficult. You cannot leave the instances or you cannot get back in them. We almost had him killed before our time limit ran up... Next time we will get him killed though. Oh yeah S> Bangungot doll... ;-)

People used like 35 Siegs to kill it. /sigh

Also, as for testing... We basically ARE the testing party. If you didn't read, we got this update BEFORE kRO and a week after pRO got it.

I think Buwaya boxes the party a little TOO frequently. Either there's some trick we don't yet understand, or it's using that skill a bit too often to be fair.

No unfortunately not. The ,,Boxing" thing is an NPC Script which means he will warp you in every state and whatever you do. It is not a skill that could be dodged or blocked.

Only death can save you or stay away from him to prog the Scrip. AFAIK it only activates if someone is tanking him closesly.
