You need to keep in mind that you're playing an OFFICIAL server now. Private server commands never have been supported and I highly doubt they ever will be.

if there ever was something to refresh screen it would probably be a kafra shop item anyway and not a command

eA is NOT the same as iRO's server software thats why, its an emulator nothing more.
