Instead of just saying a "Fix".

It's better to say what's wrong with it & have you sent in a ticket? If so they will want the ticket number. If not you need to send in a ticket & then provide a ticket number.

xmas box should be spectacular to calm down the angry masses... no crap fillers... just good items... some older crap that isnt floating around enough on the servers... like Fish in Mouth (cant even find them being sold anymore on Valk)... im sure people wouldnt mind Snake Head [1] and some new head gears like the Cold breath one... no useless junk.... give us new or desperately wanted items... with the merge comes new economic issues... give people the chance to help balance it out by making this box AWESOME!!!

I thought fruit basket was supposed to be an HP regen item. Now that I think about it, I never did test whether it actually regenned HP.

I hope you plan to close off the Kafra Shop when you do the whole merge maint where for a couple days nothing is saved. So people aren't dumping their money and getting ripped off / having to waste staff time via tickets because they buy boxes and lose them.

I think some solution to this goes without saying.

They could just set the price of everything in kafra shop to 0kp for that day of doom - but that might pose accounting headaches for them. I get the impression that they need to track kafra shop sales rigorously.

Everybody knows that Hazy instance keeps getting bugged and multiple people have sent multiple tickets regarding it. Definitely needs to be fixed!

It's hard to say if something goes without saying here. I have been surprised on numerous occasions.

And I know people here will buy without thinking (because they don't read the forums). I just got reminded because I bought something with KP, my KP got deducted and I got nothing in my inventory.
