The New IM Rule

I agree with kazu, they got all the power to do what they want, and right now, Im out of ideas but I just know one thing... I need my insurances scrolls and I need them now

wow. I just had an idea for killing 2 birds with 1 stone.
Make Ins scrolls and Randomizers make-able using the profession system instead of Expanders and Expander ins.
this fixes both the profession system imbalancing problem and the Ins and Randomizer problems!
and if WP is concerned about losing money add better farming tools(that increase gathering amount by like 3~5 or give more exp) to IM mall with 10day limitations like the IM furniture.

lol why would it only matter if it was this server. People can steal CC info from anywhere in the world and from any person.

So does this mean this game is going back to Pay 2 play?
I mean
even shop licenses are restricted so unless you make a new char you cant sell anything.
Enchanting to +5 takes a crapload of gold and enchant dust.

This is pretty sickening in terms of not spending all your cash in game.

My question is why are WE being penalized for that one dude who keeps on spamming REAL money for gold on his website.
I think i had to waste 3000 souls to change my weapon from advanced to special.
Then to get it to +5 without enchant scrolls is murder/miracle
Anything after that is 99% fail without enchant insurance.

So we need medals for NOT buying IM to promote free players like an enchant insurance boost that makes it 50/50 odds of success would be nice

Is it not possible for the tech team at Dragon Saga to block this guy from their servers or implement a level restriction?
To me its a very simple concept
You only see these people at Port of the Winds
they're almost ALWAYS level 1
so why not raise the entry cap to lvl 15
then just limit the time you can spend in port before job change.
And if it gets REAL bad
put a ranged IP block on anyone who made it to lvl 15 in a time thats practically impossible based on the way you run your game engine.

To me this seems logical and should get rid of the bad while keeping most of the good.
At which point they need only pm an Admin

I highly doubt that they'll implement something like this, where a medal would give even playing field to the hardcore IM buyers. Even then, it also penalizes the players that basically buy IM once just for something.

And I could've sworn that someone has already said that IP can be changed, so they can get around that. Maybe it was my imagination.

you know if you don't use ins for SC or Enchanting it's a 50/50 chance right?

There's a reason why they are doing this.

They've tried banning, IP banning and so forth already with a kawaii game called Ragnarok. They've tried most other things. At the end of the day, it doesn't work because Gravity is a tiny company without the manpower to compete against bots.

Gravity was stupid to not deal with it earlier. I honestly doubt they have a problem with IM selling. It's just really something that should have been done privately not screaming via megaphones. Trusting a complete stranger is just asking to be scammed.

In the case of bots

They could make Insurances tradable
what happens?
Bots will trade sell
get banned
chargeback Gravity.

If the cost of Chargeback > the amount of normal players selling IM then Gravity loses money on the game and closes it down.

In the case of Scammers
what happens?
buyer gets scammed
buyer sends ticket
there is no equal trade because it was a gift
gravity has wasted time on something they can't do anything about

Less time for Gravity to deal with people who have real issues.

The issue here is that Buyers were not vigilant with whom they were purchasing things and expect to be babysitted by Gravity for their stupid judgement calls. Gravity has said no to that so that there is no Grey area.

Just do insurance gifting privately and accept the risks between friends or fill out their surveys for your WPE if you can't afford to pay.

second day: 66 energy
after this: PAYMENT ERROR!
So its a low ammount energy we get from a repetitive and boring, and free thing.But try to live in this game with 300 energy per week, and someday it will run out of surveys, so surveys is not a option at this time.

i tried surveys, somehow it wont work. im not sure if its something with the browser, or what i did wrong.

sometimes it says payment error, sometimes it says you are NOT qualified for the energy o.o? and the rest is just.. make my browser froze.

I paid a price. I can no longer use Firefox on my comp anymore. As in my Firefox got so screwed up my comp can no longer run it with it constantly freezing or errors popping up.

Why do you assume it's people on this server who get the CC info stolen? Do you know what the internet is? or hackers?or key loggers?
