Is there any argument for keeping WoE TE on Sunday but shifted one or two hours later besides some North Americans having to endure the arduous struggle of pulling themselves out of bed before noon on a weekend? The ones who otherwise have no obligations at that time? You know, unlike people from East Asia, Oceania, and Australia who would have to stay up very late on a Sunday night in order to attend, the night before whatever Monday morning obligations they may have?
At least I could understand the argument in the past about it being during church time for some, but a one- or two-hour shift doesn't solve that, and if anything increases the problem for some in the Americas.

IMO making it even more comfortable for NA at the price of completely excluding 2 regions minimum (no idea about Asia times) doesn't sound like a good change. I mean, maybe you'd get some more people from NA but lose all the population from other regions. Result = same ol crap.

you'd need to at least figure out how many people are connecting from the various regions to make any sort of educated guess as to how time shifts will impact woe participation.
also Asian stats will probably be skewed due to bot farms.

Throwing in my two cents here, in my opinion, I think the WoE days should be kept the same at least, since a lot of people already have their work/other life schedules set to allow them to have these days off for WoE. TE should definitely be moved to a later time on Sunday though. As for the times for WoE1 and 2, it doesn't really bother me of it's moved an hour later or something.

Why not just put an NPC in-game that takes a survey of what hours are preferred by the players? 1 vote per account and you must be 150 to cast a vote. Realistically this would be the only way to get a good idea of what the players actually want since not everyone uses the forums.

might need to raise it to like 165 now with the level cap. a 15 level difference puts you at a severe disadvantage in WoE

Why not put the times at 6PST? Everyone would be finished work and dinner.

"More comfortable" HUh? There are 5 time zones in North America: Pacific (oh wait warp portal is located in Europe, sorry); Mountian; Central; Eastern and Atlantic time zone (least one mentioned). Should the GMs squeeze out one time zone to appase any and possibly all whiny making threats of losing most of the player base continent time zones magically? If so, how would they go about it?

What's 1-2 hours if it's at an ridiculous time anyways?
To Oda how does 4-5PST work better for people on the west coast? People have jobs you know.

Oda,
Just want to Help out, But Very Simple Conclusion
1. Saturday woe < -----------------------------------------------no Issue to anyone. Problem #1 solved
2. Make WoE TE still on Sunday<------------------------------ so no issue, Problem # 2 Solved
3. The Real Problem here is the WoE time for Workdays ( Monday - Friday ) 4pm needs to be Adjusted cause ppl are still on work
No. 3 is the Real Problem Oda

We do't mind staying up till 2am for TE before a work day, but pushing that one or two hour later makes us impossible to join the game...
If you are not changing WoE1 and 2 time, please leave TE time alone too...

Let's just keep TE time same as it is now...
I am in PST time zone and have no problem getting up at 7am and play TE from 8pm.
It's a bit early but not impossible, and I have been doing it since TE started.
If we move the time one or two hours later, we lose a lot of Asian/Oceanian players.
That's gonna be more problem.
We needs to compromise.

The current WOE TE time isn't promoting any more guilds to participate, at present attendance is extremely poor in many other guilds as well. So leaving it as it is isn't really helping with the situation.

Then it should match the European's need since they are the ones couldn't participate with the old time.

It's comfortable for Europe, could be earlier/later and shouldn't be a problem tbh.
