WOE: It's not that uhm...exciting anymore... 

 

Leveling: I'm stuck at level 150 due to my insufficient equipments for DB (I'm originally DPS type RK,but i switch to DB for leveling,yet...) 

                And also...there's no much people leveling at Thor,i mean 750+ people will not sufficient for a dungeon party (especially gramps ,10% of them are low level,,which is very very low) 

 

Economy: Can i say our economy is not circulating. Ive been selling a +11 bloody infiltrator with enchantments for 3 months yet i can't sell it,I've been thinking that time to exchange that weapon of mine to zenny in Chaos (but i'm afraid that thing might be illegal so i didn't do it.) 

 

So in the end, I decided to go low in RO for a moment while waiting for new updates (Doram!!! Why,cat girls are solution for everything) 

The same way President DU30 wants Philippines to be drug free

I'd also love to see Thor bot free

 

But goodness sake you'd be publicly humiliated, trashtalked etc etc if ever they find out you report unlawful behavior,

 

same way what's happening with all the EJK  accusations tho, truly Thor is a mirror of my country

Maybe everybody moved to Thai RO classic server? There's a screenshot from Today's WoE.  I can't even enter the castle lol.  Hardly any bots in the server. There's 24/7 live chat support. No ragial and other third party stuffs. This classic server is really nostalgia. No MvPs, No Gods, No OP gears, only 2-1 classes.

What the fudge! I'm hoping Thor can earn that much player hahahaha

Last time I checked many people complained about the bots but that was fine. It's impossible to not have bots if the population was over 300k. As long as the whole server has more than 2.5k population including bots and alts, It's doing alright. I quit because just levelling in normal was already too laggy for me. So no hope to WoE there.

The server is new. This is not surprising. Real RO players who actually love the game would not mind starting over as long as it kept the game alive. This however doesn't work in iRO. You reset the server and most players probably will quit the game. Pretty much how P2P works in jRO but probably won't work in iRO.

Also to be able to play thRO, only the chosen ones from iRO can enter. One must not simple just walk into the holy land king of RO where gods reside ... smfh

I live in the US, and I can play the thai server just fine. You just need to VPN to Thailand and play from there. It's unplayable connecting straight from the US. Only problem is that not many people speak English. The cash shop is a straight rip off, but if you refill like 3 bucks a month you get all sort of freebies to help you level.  One costume likely run you from 100 bucks - 500 bucks.

Most people also tend to solo/duo leveling. Anything above 4-5 people is a real grind as there are no TI quests and spawn rate is generally horrible. You won't really get one of the awesome big party like you would in iRO. But the players here seem to know the mechanic much better than average gramp TI partier. 

It's a huge grind, but I am starting to like it. You actually need to learn how to play your class properly instead demolish everything via 1 button.  Also you need to switch gears a lot even in PvM, as most gears are situational. There's not many one size fit all type of gear currently like in iRO.

Yeah because half the headgears and mounts there are part of the "Classic" experience.

I probably don't matter because I'm those background characters you see mindlessly whacking enemies and I never really played post-99 content.

 

I still find it fun going around places.

The bounty boards and low TI greeding sessions gave me more stuff to do.

If I'm bored, I'd open the wiki and pick a bunch of quests to do.

When I'm not actively playing, I'm just vending pvm trash for pocket zeny so I can buy more dumb hats.

Maybe if I run out of slots for raising random alts, I'll probably stop playing for a bit.

 

I don't let the game stress me.

I PVM to learn more about the lore of the game. The story, while thin, and the background is what I enjoy. More than builds and min maxing, I spend time documenting my characters growth and his/her place in the world. Too bad we arent an RP server but a true RPer only needs his own imagination. I write character backgrounds for all my characters and short fiction regarding what happened to them, all for my personal enjoyment. I screenshot them in new places they explore. And when a character's story is done or seems boring, I start a new character. ^^

Probably not the norm in termsnof enjoying a game, but not everyone has a competitive drive or desire to be the best. After all, its just a game. ^^

I do the same, I mainly use RO for drawing inspiration, play for nostalgia and spend time with friends.  I like drawing my and my friends characters sometimes, and writing and thinking up their stories.  RO is an easy way for me and my friends to do something while we talk.  It is just a game.

Pinoys...will be pinoys...but tbh,i will be hypocrite if i say i never use bot before( tbh,i use it once here ...please don't kill me ragnarok gods,i don't know that law until i further venture at iRO, PROMISE I NEVER USE ANY BOTS ANYMORE. since gramps and bounty is very helpful) but yea...bot free server is a nice place, i'm already bored trying to talk with AI -.-

I'm agree,I want to learn more tricks and tips to be a very strong RK, but i didn't use it much since Thor is ....more likely dying. I play at Chaos server with my Rebel while hoping for thor's revival
