You can use Resurrection (or Ygg Leaf) to one-shot Amdarais and finish the instance faster(idk if i got lucky i killed him with only 1 ygg leaf), seems it doesnt work with Bijou tho.

still, i cant comprehend. the phases of bijou instance is:

- first wave of enhanced skeletons

- second wave of enchanced skeletons

- renovated amdarais battle

- weak bijou battle

- real bijou battle

still....cant...comprehend. how can we damage bijou while we are fighting amdarais?

I just completed him again. And i only brought 1 flower. Maybe the first time u finish the quest it kinda set your character for that item that u brought with u? Or the first time u talk to him, he set you with 1 item permanently, so if he gave u some rare flower youre screwed. Else i have now idea why others go so many variations of this quest.

the amdarais is not boss monster. turn undead will work. even fire trap and leech end can finish it quick.

Precisely. She seems to do so everytime the player goes out of her sight for a longer period of time. These small Amdarais mobs seem to have around 30k hp, don't use any skills, ~250 damage

Returning to the Dark Lord topic, yesterday he accepted normal flowers again. The first two times I did it, the mofo took them at first, on the last time, he took about 20 flower to succeed.

I guess there's an RNG with flowers, each of them with a different success chance. Probably the NPC's flower is the lowest and Illusion Flower must be 100%ish.

Still cheaper with the normal flowers though

I confirm this RNG though as I have always been using the regular flowers since day 1 and I was able to complete it from 1-40 flowers.

The second time I tried it, I failed 50 times, and had to bring another kind of flower.

But I'm saving those for "Diwata"

Just bring malaya flowers you peasants!!! Rather than wasting time clicking using 2zeny flower. Jeez, i cant understand how cheap you all.

And Agnes asks for them for her quest, so, why the hell will I waste time power farming these craps instead of doing more dailies for more tokens, or NTF for MCAs? And to sum up, the time "wasted" clicking is smaller than the time to move to map to farm Malaya Flowers.

If 15 minutes gives you flower for 15 days (which they won't), it would still be faster to just spam normal flowers. The longest refusal streak yesterday was 65, and it took me no more than a minute clicking and pressing enter until done.

I vaguely remember the NPC saying something like 5 tokens for reset... When I get home I'll talk to him and see.
