ticket closed without even resolving or updating the issuer, very professional, bought item from offline vend when claimed it disappeared.

They've closed my ticket twice even AFTER confirming they'd finally restore my item and claiming that it's a system error - pretty sure GM Aunoe is just having fun trolling me as seen below:
9/26 – I submit a support ticket regarding an item restoration request
9/27 – GM Aunoe responds with the standard question template, to which I responded immediately
9/28 – I send a follow up requesting an update
10/1 – GM Aunoe responds asking me to confirm item restoration AND to refine to +12 due to kachua ticket not working
10/2 – I confirm the above
10/3 – I send a follow up requesting an ETA
10/4 – GM Aunoe claims that my item restoration is in progress
10/5 – GM Aunoe once again asks me to confirm the above, to which I repeat again
10/9 – GM Aunoe claims that they will need to discuss with “Specialists”
10/20 – I send a follow up requesting an update/ETA
10/26 – GM Aunoe responds with the same copy/paste reply from 10/9
11/9 – I send a follow up requesting an update
11/10 – GM Aunoe responds to CONFIRM that item restoration will finally take place
11/13 – I send a follow up requesting an update, support ticket ends up being closed
11/14 – GM Aunoe asks me to confirm to proceed, which I confirm for the XXth time
11/16 – I request another update
11/17 – Support ticket closes again, which I respond to
No updates or resolution since then. I can confidently say at this point that GM Aunoe is an incompetent POS. Someone PLEASE help me get my item back... I've been waiting nearly 2 months and been lied to many times already about a resolution @CM Poring.
