Ok so I figured out the reason as to why I was banned.

"According to our records, this account was suspended for receiving a large amount of zulie from an account tied to game-bug exploitation."

Could it possibly be that, transferring large amount of Zulie from a alternative low level vendor account be the reason the system assumes it was an exploitation?

I farm gems on my 215 raider, then give them to my level 1 vendor to sell them. And on good days I make above 20m. So could transferring that amount of money for free trigger a exploitation detection? Because maybe the system thinks I'm receiving free money from Zulie sellers, when I'm actually trading it to myself.

You should remove or change that.

Somone with exploited zulie probably just bought something from your shop.... Because that is what has happened to others.

That, or receiving a large amount of zulie from a suspicious account. (My level 1 vendor.)

Hm I don't know where I saw it again, but someone on this forum had like this good idea.
He or she was talking about a system message when you sell something in your shop

Like: "xxx bought (1)x D7 at 2:30pm"

i cant remember the email add of my mage account, dats y i cant connect it to manage acount on new warpportal, but i can log in on roseonline.com, and im still banned for a week, support center doesnt help, dey just do banning w/out any proper reason, and dey sent all the banned acount on same offense, and if u didnt answer correctly, dey asking to send some government i.d or to fax dem etc (???),maybe send me the reason, some of my frend got free account on deyr quiting frends, and dey got banned also, dey cant answer the personal info, maybe dats not fair to those cases, do ur job, not shortcuting ur job like copy all paste all, and jobwel done.i am tired of waiting for another week, i make dis comment so dat u will answer faster than support center
