This ability has not been fixed yet? Having more than 80% demihuman reduction + 2kbc (I wonder who was the idiot who invented this card) + gr card + Raydric and using a skill that ignores all reduction?
manhole + landmine + shadow form combo is not sufficiently unbalanced?
seriously IRO pvp sucks!

PvP sucks for you because your RK keeps dying to SC's in PvP. Hell if you can't play it don't flame it. I don't WoE at all, that doesn't make me go around post -_-e about it.

Rapid throw is a skill only the lamest of the lame use (this is coming from a kagerou)... the fact that they have yet to fix this skill in the hands of SC is really BS... there is NO reason the shadow chasers should be able to use a skill BETTER than the class they copied it from... and having a skill that bypasses all defenses to do up to 100k damage is severely broken anyway... PVP has become about whether or not you can use and dodge Rapid Throw not about how well you can actually play... PURE TROLL SKILL...

Long cooldown, fail rate, and not even good damage. No good chaser should be using this.

I used it one woe cause i was too lazy to get anything else but it was kinda fun. But it does suck. The success rate is extremely low for you to spend 100k a pop. I mean in pvp i went through 4m to test it on someone and it only worked maybe 5 times. According to the forumla in wiki with my chaser i only have around a 3% success rate. Sooooooo yeah. I may have did the math wrong or it may be effected by your i dunno. I mean i tried on non agi chars and it still consistantly failed.

You don't consider a flat 100k to be good damage? Wow.

not only does it bypass ALL def you dont need ANY atk at all to deal the 100k damage... you dont even need to have a weapon equipped... it has a 1 sec cast time which isnt nearly enough time to react to a ranged skill, is AoE, and it bypasses MOST defensive skills... its a really OP skill in ANYBODIES hands...

scratch the 1 second cast time, its 0.5 sometimes instant if the chaser decides to burn foods

I'm guessing on kRO 100k is actually a considerable amount of zeny, so people people think before using the skill. I really hope it doesn't take long to get the fix, it doesn't seem like it's that complicated.

even used by Kagerou its too OP... despite needing high dex and high luck to have a good success rate... even giving it a longer cast time would help... SC have more stat points making them have a better success rate and in addition they dont need to have level 10 dagger throwing to get full damage (like its supposed to be) it was a really bad move even creating this skill at all... i would have rather seen Killing Stroke extension than this skill... at least KS has its downsides... the ONLY downside to RT really is its Stat requirements... looking at the current state of our economy 100k is not really anything when you can wipe out several people in an instant...

i was under the impression that the damage from rapid throw was spread over the mob. So if you do 100k to one monster youd do 50k to a mob of 2 monsters or 25k each to a mob of monsters. Am i wrong?

Thought so. Another reason to not use it.

That's correct. Meaning if you're standing next to at least 1 other person, you're most likely to survive it.
not really, the skill ignore all kind of reduction... that mean, amount of HP is what need to survive a success RT. 100k divide by 2 player equal to 50k. so, 50k HP, i wonder how many class can reach 50k hp out of 16 available classes
i may be wrong though

I'm wondering, is it reduced in WoE? I've never actually seen it used over there, but I'm assuming it faces the same penalties as any other skill.

Yeah it's reduced in WoE. 30-60k damage in WoE without GR.

Yeah in WoE damage with GR and energy coat it does like 15-30k.
Never bothered trying but does pneuma block it? Or ME? Or nothing?
