I haven't really looked up Rebel skills but for Desperado 1 AGI is enough. Cast delay is 1s.

Question about Desperado build,spanish friend made one and he has no idea what to do,same with me.Only played one briefly a couple years back.

He just got the skills needed so he could max Desperado asap but now that its at level 10 he doesnt know where to place the leftover skill points.

Hasnt touched any of them except for the Prerequisites for Desperado so any advice on what skills to get?

 

Basically he is going to use Desperado to level,so with that in mind are there any other skills he should worry about?

Hello is there still online here? I was planning to build a rebellion and need to know what stat/skill build is the most efficient of all, I am planning to build Pistol DPS and Rifle is that good?

I think the most efficient leveling build is still round trip. 

 

Just CVD and good weapon and you are good to go.
