For squishy classes, that means 10% Defense Rate becomes 10.9%.
20% Defense Rate becomes 21.8%.
Even for tanks with 50% Defense Rate, that only brings them up to 54.5%.
These values are negligible for a skill with a 2-min cooldown and 10-sec duration, which should classify it as an emergency skill on par with Assumptio, Coluceo Heal, and Sanctuary.
If anything, it feels like the skill was originally -supposed- to boost Defense Rate, not Defense. So please, fix this skill and make it worth investing points in.
